Warranty
Cash Market provides 24 months warranty on all devices with some exceptions as detailed below.
This warranty excludes the following:
We offer 12 months warranty for any job we do to repair your device, any part installed comes with minimum 6 months warranty.
Note: Please backup your phone data before the return. Cash Market will not take any responsibility for any data lost. The Warranty does not cover physical damage, damaged by accident, misuse, or mishandling.
Unwanted Product Policy
The Customer is entitled to return an unwanted device within 3 days of sale for a refund to a voucher.
Refund will be issued if the item is returned in the same condition as sold.
